Target Hat | Forever 21 Dress (on sale!) | Charlotte Russe Heels 

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect “cool girl” hat for awhile. Fun fact about me? I have a HUGE head. I know that seem surprising, but most female hats do not fit my dome. So color me surprised when I tried this adorable one from Target on and it fit perfectly. I’m all about effortless style and this dress sums that up to a “t.” 

Forever 21 has some amazing striped dresses for such a good price. I snagged this one over the 4th on clearance for $12 (score)! Don’t let these photos fool you, it was a million degrees outside and summer time in AZ is not going anywhere anytime soon.
