The thing about Phoenix is it can be freezing one moment and 75 and sunny the next. That makes it somewhat difficult to get dressed in the morning. I have been obsessed with these crop tops from H&M (you might have noticed I rocked on last week); they come in a variety of colors and can be paired with so much! Throw it on with shorts when it’s hotter or with jean/leggings when it’s cooler.
