Healthy body, Healthy mind: a concept we tend to forget in our extremely busy lives. Right now, as I’m nearing graduation, my day starts early and ends late. My mind seems to be in too many places at once, and I could feel myself losing a grip on everything around me. So, I headed to the gym and began running; my mind cleared instantly. Now, I’m on a health kick. Hopefully it lasts, but I thought I would share some of my workout essentials with my readers.
